Context
Kastoria is a municipality in Greece renowned for its long and glorious history and its rich artistic heritage. Situated on a promontory overlooking Lake Orestiada, the city has benefited from our lighting intervention in the public areas along the lakefront. Specifically, we have taken care of the lighting of the playground overlooking the lakefront with a project that ensures visitors a safe and comfortable experience, even during the evening hours.
For the lighting of the playground on the lakefront of Kastoria, we developed a custom solution that included a personalized product coloring to blend with the surrounding environment and a LED color temperature of 2700K, designed for optimal area lighting without disturbing the natural atmosphere.
